Digital Products (MLOs, Cars, Scripts, Clothing, Bundles, etc.)

All products sold on our website are digital, non-tangible goods. Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. Once a file is delivered or downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• FiveM Scripts

• MLOs

• Vehicles & Packs

• Clothing Packs

• Bundles

• Server Assets

 

Incorrect or Broken Files

If you believe you received:

• The wrong file

• A broken or incomplete file
  Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Screenshot(s) or proof

We will attempt to fix or replace the file before discussing refund options. If you deny our help or support a refund will not be issued. 

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute made without contacting us first will result in:

• Immediate removal from our website and Discord

• Loss of access to all previously purchased files

• Possible further action depending on the platform's policies
